    Will my arrangement be protected during delivery?

    We have worked hard to perfect our packaging to make sure your arrangement reaches you in pristine condition. Our arrangements are made to look as natural as possible and so we do not tie our stems together, they are all cut with precision to perfectly fit in the vase. As a result during delivery some stems may get moved around slightly in the vase so we advise you to give your arrangement a little adjustment to make sure it’s looking its best. If you need any help when your arrangement arrives please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

    Can I return my item?

    We don’t accept returns but if an item is faulty we will replace it within 7 days of the item being returned to us. If an item is faulty, please give us a call or drop us an email so we can put this right for you.

    My item is out of stock, when will it become available again?
